As you can see, the past three ½ year restoration has produced a nice little package, the faults/butchered repairs fixed, much needed servicing done, plus some modern conveniences added and updating.
Now that the roll cage is completed, it's time to go over every nut & bolt, I figure there's approx. 70 - 100 bolts that need
tightening.

So there we go, that's my restoration in a nut shell, more time than I expected has passed, a fairly detailed writing with pictures to encourage and help others with their Series rebuild. I hope you enjoyed reading my restoration.

Just playing in the garden, checking how well the suspension flex's. Not a proper test, but the whole point was to shake the Land Rover around a little, so I could check the suspension for tightness.

That's me, freezing, it was -17 degree's that day. Once the summer is here, I'll be taking more pictures, [muddy pictures I hope] and then, I have been thinking of adding a photo gallery..........

Cheer,
Todd "Tuko" Jackson.
